We’re here to take worries off your plate<\/strong> and to help keep your plate filled<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Our food pantry is open to all CAS clients and residents of 14215.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div> Looking for a primary care provider or specialist<\/strong> who will hear you, see you, and understand your needs as a person of color?<\/p>\n We follow your lead to help you find providers who are conveniently located<\/strong>, and who you trust and feel aligned with<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div> What can we do to help? One-on-one counseling can help you overcome challenges<\/strong> that are getting in the way of your personal and professional goals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Our team can help you with resume writing and career preparation<\/strong>; help you find transportation and housing assistance<\/strong>; or just lend an ear and chat through your personal goals and challenges.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div> We believe that people who are incarcerated, and those who are re-entering the community, deserve health, dignity, and support<\/strong>.<\/p>\n We help residents of the WENDE Hub of WNY care for their health while incarcerated<\/strong>, and connect those who are re-entering with the health and wellness services they need to get back on their feet<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div> The help you need is never out of reach<\/strong>.
